Planned outage for 171.64.65.xx network, November 5 at 7am to 8:30am

This will involve brief (3-5 minute) network interruptions during the time period.  Most of FAH will not be involved, but the 171.64.65.XX network will see some downtime.

Past 2-3 days, the PC client has been unable to submit results or get new work.
